Heather Maltby is a dedicated estate planning and probate attorney serving St. Augustine and St. Johns County. A lifelong local with deep family roots in the region, Heather has focused her legal career exclusively on estate planning, probate, and trust administration, helping individuals, families, and business owners protect their legacies and navigate complex transitions
As a past President of the St. Johns County Bar Association and an active community leader, Heather is known for her compassionate counsel, personal experience with loss, and unwavering commitment to client service.
She is a graduate of St. Augustine High School, the University of North Florida, and Florida Coastal School of Law.
Jennifer Akin, Esq.
Jennifer S. Akin has over a decade of experience in elder law, estate planning, guardianship, and probate. Board Certified in Elder Law by the Florida Bar, Jennifer is recognized for her expertise in helping seniors, individuals with special needs, and their families plan for the future. Her early work as a certified nursing aide inspired her passion for long-term care planning and advocacy.
Jennifer is active in several professional and community organizations, including the ARC – St. Johns and the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys.
She is admitted to practice in both Florida and New York, and is committed to providing clear guidance and peace of mind to every client she serves.
